We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual for a short-term 5 week Renovation Supervisor and House Sitter position. This role does not involve any physical labor; instead, it focuses on light oversight of ongoing renovation work at a newly purchased duplex. The supervisor will be responsible for letting in scheduled contractors such as painters, plumbers, and carpenters, checking on their progress every 24 to 48 hours, and providing brief updates through text. Additional duties include keeping simple records of materials used and ensuring the property remains secure and orderly throughout the renovation period. All expenses incurred during supervision will be covered, and the position offers a competitive total payment with an advance available. This is an ideal opportunity for someone trustworthy, organized, and comfortable managing a home respectfully in an owner’s absence.
